Bug reports are handled on case by case basis. For us to consider a bug we need a detailed report sent
via Bug Reports section on the Support page and we need to be able to reproduce the bug. We need
at least the following information:
- The exact page where you found the issue. (example: /account-settings)
- Error code, if any. (example: Error 1234)
- The exact steps to take in order to reproduce the bug.
That doesn't work is not a valid bug report.
- Small UI / CSS errors or mispelings are not considered bugs but please report them.
- Your testing must not affect market users.
- Test vendor accounts can be provided at any time.
- If a test vendor account is provided the listings you may add must be labeled
as such.
